We strive to make our students lifelong learners that continue to pursue knowledge for both personal or professional reasons after their time at CIS is over.
Our aim is to give our students the necessary skills to succeed in their future education and professional careers.
Our students learn to identify and research issues and questions to develop their knowledge and understanding.
The learner profile
Our aim is to develop internationally minded students that recognize their common humanity and shared guardianship of the planet and help create a better and more peaceful world.
The International Baccalaureate ® (IB) offers a continuum of international education. The programmes encourage both personal and academic achievement, challenging students to excel in their studies and in their personal development. – www.ibo.org
CIS is a school that places great emphasis on both theoretical and esthetic subjects. Students will have lessons on an instrument, playing in the school orchestra, participate in choir, dance and drama.
At CIS effective use of technology happens across the curriculum in ways that deepens and enhances the learning process. It supports four key components of learning: active engagement, participation in groups, frequent interaction and feedback.
